Recently our team was contracted by America’s Home Place one of Macon, Georgia’s custom home builders. Custom Home Builders like America’s Home Place will purchase large tracts of land, install the infrastructure like sewer, curb and gutters, light poles and streets. Then develop phases, or a handful of lots at one time.

On this project, we were called out to forestry mulch the remaining four lots as they close out the development. Forestry Mulching is using specific equipment to cut, grind and clear away all vegetation.

We rolled in, cleared and leveled the lots, making room for the developer to prepare the foundation, and then build the home.
